Happy New Year, time to really expose the SBCERS Pension fund. As well as the rest of Californias other county pension funds and there fraud

 I would like to start this New Year off by wishing everyone health and happiness during 2011! Having said that boy do we have our work cut our for us this year. Let me start by asking you all the same questions; did my research open your eyes to the possibility that things in our county government are not as you might have thought? An did my research that started out dealing with the Santa Barbara County Employees Retirement System (SBCERS) pension fund value make you consider that fraud may be involved? An did my further research and comparisons with other California pension funds open your eyes even wider?




Well than hang on to your hats because this year we will continue to cover the pension fund crisis as well as our courts, judges, an elected officials actions in even greater detail. I have put many of my personal concerns to the side but this year I must clear up those matters and sadly I will be hated for that. I can accept that considering that the source of hatred comes not from my actions. Oh no but rather from the illegal actions and tactics used against me.



This year we must start to create a better understanding and chart the corruption of our elected officials just as our justice department charts the organizational make up of the MAFIA! Don’t laugh at that last statement because at least when the Mafia ran or controlled the pension funds that they did, it never came at the cost of our current California crisis. Think about that a moment. Las Vegas was built on illegal actions and pension fund loans and it never caused a budget deficit the way that our current pension funds do, why is that? The mafia never taxed and strained every California county budget as our current elected officials do. Yet both crimes will fall under organized crime and the R.I.C.O. act, how wild is that



I know that is an extreme but lets be honest here folks next years Santa Barbara budget talks are not going to be easy for anyone. One chart here on my blog shows an unfunded future SBCERS pension fund liability of over a billion dollars at least until the year 2028. AN THAT IS IF EVERY THING GOES RIGHT FROM NOW TILL THAN!
