The situation at the beach was nothing more then two like minded people with the same temperment, egos, stuborness, and alchohol consumption to unfortunately come into contact with one another. Both had history with law enforcement and it's sad one is dead and the other to spend a good portion of the rest of his life behind bars.Their friends and families are also the losers as is the community when this unnecessary violence takes its toll.Alcohol seems to be a common denominator in crimes of violence be it homicide, drunk driving, assault, sex crimes, etc.
