The Election History of our Santa Barbara Superior Court Judges as recorded @ www.sbcvote.com. It is clearer to me now why I have yet to be corrected as to the actual term new Superior Court Judge appointee Colleen Sterne and what she is Constitutionally allowed to serve.
We will start with the primary election in 2000 and move forward.

This is only the first example I will be presenting in an attempt to clear up the lineage of our Santa Barbara California Superior Court Judges.
My second example is quite odd since many sitting Judges seem to have never been elected into there current Judgeship, Clifford Anderson an James Brown come to mind just off the top of my head. Now I am only asking and seeking answers and in no way do I wish to represent that I understand all the back door shenanigans that apply to our Santa Barbara Superior Court.
